Saint-Jean Festival Menu at Bizipoz

For the Saint-Jean festivities, Bizipoz is bringing a generous special menu to Saint-Jean-de-Luz from June 19 to 21. Start the celebration with melon and crispy serrano or country pâté with Espelette pepper, then choose between Elba cod with piquillo balsamic sauce, duck leg with confit garlic jus, or a sharing beef rib option. To finish, go for sheep’s cheese or a homemade Pariès Basque cake.
