July 14th Ceremony at the War Memorial

Bayonne City Council invites you to attend the commemorative ceremony for Bastille Day, France’s National Day, at the War Memorial. This solemn event pays tribute to the soldiers who fell for their country and celebrates the values of liberty, equality, and fraternity that form the foundation of the Republic.

Gathering at 9:15 AM for a ceremony starting at 9:30 AM. The program includes wreath-laying, a minute of silence, the reading of official messages, and the singing of the French national anthem, La Marseillaise. A moment of reflection and shared pride for the entire Bayonne community and visitors.
