The Noise of Ink: Horrors, Anxieties and Creation

Tue, Sep 29, 2026 · 19h302 rue du Général Marchand

About

Facing the world, expressing doubts, and overcoming fears. Giving voice to one’s traumas—or silencing them. Searching within one’s own experience for what, once unleashed in a work, will resonate with others.

Finding in the blend of words or notes a state of ecstasy or dissociation. Consuming one’s own catharsis to transcend the anxieties of reality. Or simply giving up. Blocking.

But then, is there room for the works we cannot create? When fears and doubts overwhelm us, faced with the virgin ocean of a blank page, can art still emerge from this incommunicability?

Sarah, a Grenoble-based artist passionate about horror aesthetics and metal, presents a musical reading where her musical productions explore dissonances and discomfort. A graduate in composition from the Grenoble conservatory, she began documenting existential anxieties in sound creation there.

An immersive experience where words and notes intertwine to bring raw, universal emotions to life.
