Terms of use

1. Purpose

BeeHive is a service operated by Casabee (see legal notice) that lists local events and connects the public, organisers (venues, associations, local authorities) and artists. Using the service implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Accounts

• Users: browsing is free; an account (with a verified e-mail address) lets you save favourites and preferences.
• Organisers and artists: these accounts are reserved for professionals and artists presenting their own activity. The information provided must be accurate; login and password are strictly personal.

3. Automatic event detection

When a professional or an artist connects their Instagram account, BeeHive analyses their public posts in order to detect and publish their events. This analysis may contain errors: detected events are subject to moderation and the professional remains solely responsible for the accuracy of the information published under their name. An artist may only connect their own Instagram account.

4. Content

Professional and artist accounts warrant that they hold the rights to the content they publish (photos, artwork, texts, links) and undertake not to publish any unlawful or misleading content, or content infringing third-party rights. Casabee / BeeHive may remove any non-compliant content and suspend the account concerned.

5. Liability

BeeHive lists events supplied by third parties: Casabee guarantees neither that they will actually take place nor the accuracy of the information (dates, times, prices), and is not a party to the relationship between the public and the organisers (including ticketing — booking links point to third-party platforms). The service is provided “as is”, without any guarantee of continuous availability.

6. Professional subscriptions

Some professional features require a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. The applicable prices are shown before subscribing; the subscription can be cancelled at any time from the professional area, taking effect at the end of the current period.

7. Account deletion

Every account holder may delete their account at any time from their settings. Data retention and erasure are described in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction. Contact: contact@casabee.fr.
