Beach Sports – Thursday Morning

Looking to stay active this summer while enjoying the ocean breeze? Join us for a friendly beach sports session every Thursday morning at Plage Notre-Dame in Capbreton!

The lineup includes beach volleyball, beach soccer, sandball, and strength training. This free activity is open to everyone and perfect for getting some exercise by the sea before diving into the waves or relaxing on the sand.

Suitable for ages 7 and up, this session is supervised to ensure safety and fun. Bring your friends, family, or come solo—the vibe is always welcoming!
