Hardcore Night: Soul Splitter, Shroud & Sworn To Avenge at Black Flag Bar

The lineup features three bands embodying the raw energy and fury of modern metalcore and deathcore.

First up, SOUL SPLITTER (@soulsplitterfr), hailing from Cannes, delivers an ultra-violent and uncompromising sound, in the vein of KublaiKhan, Varials, and Knocked Loose. Since 2024, they’ve carved out their identity: aggression, devastating riffs, and crushing breakdowns. Their live shows? A war machine. Cold, tense, relentless—every breakdown is a threat, every passage crushes you a little more. They’re not here to play; they’re here to leave an indelible mark.

Next, meet Shroud (@shroud.hc), a project born in early 2025 in Bayonne after pit altercations in the Basque Country. Four former members of local bands united with one goal: to take the French scene by storm. Inspired by groups like Jesus Piece, Splinter, and Guilt Trip, Shroud is ready to make their mark.

Finally, don’t miss the French debut of Sworn To Avenge (@sworntoavenge_saya), a Franco-American deathcore duo with deep roots in the underground scene. With over 15 years of experience and 20 studio albums to their name, these musicians have toured across Europe, Japan, and the United States alongside legends like Testament, Soulfly, Venom, and Carcass. Their album Defy The Fate is an anthem of rebellion, and their concert at Black Flag Bar will mark their first-ever show in France!
