MAGNANRAMA Exhibition: Media, Technologies, Identities, Networks Around Nathalie Magnan
About
Exhibition MAGNANRAMA: Media, Technologies, Identities, Networks Around Nathalie Magnan.
Far from being neutral tools, media and technology deeply shape our emotional relationships, our intimacies, and our ways of seeing the world. They nourish our imaginations, forge our identities, and define the networks in which we evolve—whether digital, geographic, or affinity-based. The uses we make of them, and especially those we invent, determine our possibilities for action and resistance.
This exhibition unfolds these contemporary issues through the career of Nathalie Magnan (1956-2016), an important yet still under-recognized figure in the history of media, technology, and feminism.
Organized in partnership with Villa Arson (Nice) and Les Capucins (Embrun), with the support of Archives de la critique d’art (INHA/Rennes 2).
