Is signing up really free?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create your profile, publish up to 3 events and try Instagram detection, with no credit card. You move to a paid plan only if you need to.
How do my events end up in BeeHive?
You connect your professional Instagram account: we analyse your posts and the events we spot are created automatically. Every detected event goes through a validation step before being published, and you can also add one by hand from your dashboard.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, with no commitment, from your pro space. The change takes effect immediately.
What is the Ambassador plan for?
It is for venues and artists who want maximum visibility: ambassador badge, editorial spotlight, Instagram analysis several times a day and a dedicated advisor. It opens after a chat with us.
Am I visible on Casabee too?
Yes. BeeHive is powered by Casabee: with a single pro account your events are in the BeeHive app and your venue can be recommended to travellers in the Casabee welcome guides of your area.
What about artists and DJs?
Artist profiles use the same plans. The dates you play at partner venues are linked to you and appear on your artist page.
