The Life Ahead

« La vie devant soi », a one-man show by Eric Belkheir, based on the novel by Romain Gary (Émile Ajar).

Momo, a sixty-year-old, recounts his story with tenderness and humor. Though life has tested him at times, he has lost none of his love for existence. He opens his box of memories and immerses us in the magic of his childhood in Belleville in the 1970s, alongside Madame Rosa, his adoptive mother, and Monsieur Hamil, his mentor, among the neighbors of a working-class, cosmopolitan building. A moving tale, full of humanity, carried by a message: "You must love."
