Special screening of the film LOW EXPECTATIONS

Ciné Rosa invites you to the special screening of the film LOW EXPECTATIONS, directed by Eivind Landsvik.

Presented at the Quinzaine des Cinéastes at the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, this film follows Maja, a musical artist at the peak of her career, whose ambitions suddenly collapse. She takes refuge at her mother’s home in Oslo, where she takes on a job as a supervisor at her mother’s school. Gradually, Maja rediscovers the joy of life, far from the spotlight.
