Hendaye Blue Week - Thursday 08 October

Fourth day of the Semaine Bleue in Hendaye, dedicated to seniors and health.

Program:

• Caregivers & care recipients: prevention, self-preservation, and better living (2:00 PM–5:00 PM, Halles de Gaztelu): Prevention, preserving well-being, first aid, screening, and discovery of the « Mon espace santé ». Led by CPTS Hego Lapurdi, Arantxa Oronoz (psychomotor therapist), Laura Beurdeley (Feldenkrais method), and the Autonomie 64 association.
• Culture, heritage, and well-being (10:30 AM–11:30 AM): Andaye, city of memories; Vieux-Fort d’Andaye (Agora Txingudi); Municipal swimming pool.
