MINOTAUR

Grand Prix at the latest Cannes Film Festival, MINOTAUR by Andreï Zviaguintsev weaves together marital history and the Russian political context.

The film explores the collapse of a couple alongside the current international situation, portraying a Putin-era Russia in full decay.

Bold, chilling, yet terribly effective, this sentimental chronicle is steeped in unspoken truths, corruption, and betrayals. Truly great, relentless cinema.
