Digital workshops: boost your memory

The CCAS social service, in collaboration with Destination Multimédia Sud-Ouest, offers seniors a practical workshop to familiarize themselves with everyday digital tools. The goal is to enhance autonomy and memory through hands-on exercises on smartphones. Participants will learn to organize their calendar, sort their photos, and use helpful apps for their daily lives.
