New Year's Gala Evening

L’Auberge d’Ugne invites you to celebrate the arrival of the new year at an exceptional Gala Evening on Thursday, December 31, 2026.

On the program: a generous aperitif with appetizers and a glass of champagne, followed by a gourmet dinner consisting of:

• Scallop carpaccio, coriander oil, hazelnuts, and passion fruit
• Monkfish tail, celeriac mousseline, roasted cashew nuts
• Guinea fowl supreme, morel sauce, chestnut puree, Landes shiitake
• White chocolate entremet, Soustons peanuts, cocoa, tonka whipped cream

The musical entertainment will be provided by @djgatienclerc to dance until the early hours!
