Training: Being a Family Carer – Preserving Family and Social Life

The Mérignac Relai des Aidants offers a 7-hour training session for family carers, designed to support you in your daily life and help you maintain your balance.

The program includes exchange sessions and learning opportunities to step back, share your experiences, and discover resources to better live your role as a carer.

Free participation and reimbursed replacement.
