Book signing event

A friendly gathering to exchange with Philippine-Margaux Malloggia, originally from Biscarrosse, about her book dedicated to a cuisine that combines pleasure and balance. Her recipes, inspired by Asian cuisines, will be presented with tips to combine flavors and lightness. The event will conclude with a tasting and the purchase of her book, available on-site via the Librairie La Veillée.
