About BeeHive
What is BeeHive?
BeeHive is the app for events and outings near you: concerts, festivals, exhibitions, parties, sports… You will also find local organizers, artists and DJs, a loyalty card shared by participating venues, and scratch games on some events.
BeeHive is available as a mobile app and on the beehiveevents.app website. It is published by Casabee.
Is BeeHive free?
Yes. The app is free on iPhone and Android, with no credit card, and the website is free to browse. Only venues and artists who want to go further can choose a paid plan.
Where can I download the app?
On the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android: search for "BeeHive". From a phone, the beehiveevents.app/app link takes you straight to the right store.
Download the appIn which cities does BeeHive work?
Wherever events are listed. Their number varies a lot from one city to another and grows as organizers sign up and tourist office events are imported.
If nothing shows up around you, widen your search radius or choose another city.
Where do the events come from?
They come from three sources: the organizers themselves (entered in their space, picked up from their professional Instagram account or sent from their website), tourist offices, whose events arrive through DATAtourisme, and users, with the "Propose an event" form.
The page of an event from a tourist office says so: "Source: … via DATAtourisme". Events picked up from Instagram and those proposed by the community are checked before they are published.
An event is wrong or cancelled: how do I report it?
Open the event page, in the app or on the website, and tap "Report an error". Choose the reason ("Wrong date or time", "Wrong location", "Event cancelled", "Inappropriate content", "Duplicate" or "Other"), add details if you like, then send. No account needed: we check as soon as possible.
Can I buy tickets in BeeHive?
Not directly: BeeHive does not sell tickets. When the organizer has a ticket office, the event page shows a button that takes you to their booking platform: "Buy my tickets" in the app, "Get tickets" on the website when the event has its own link.
For a refund or a ticket problem, contact the organizer or that platform.
What is the difference between the app and the website?
The website lets you browse events, organizers, artists and the map, and add an event to Google Calendar.
The app adds everything that goes through your phone: favorites and reminders, the loyalty card, scratch games, Spin & GO, notifications and adding events to your phone calendar.
What is the link between BeeHive and Casabee?
BeeHive is published by Casabee, which also offers digital welcome books to holiday rental hosts. BeeHive's events and venues can therefore be recommended to travelers in the welcome books of partner Casabee hosts.
Getting started with the app
Do I need an account to use the app?
No. You can browse events, the map and organizers, add favorites and propose an event without an account: on the welcome screen, tap "Skip for now".
An account is required for the loyalty card and the scratch game. It also lets you find your favorites and preferences on another phone.
Where are the app settings?
Tap the profile icon at the top right of the screen (once you are signed in, it shows your initial or your logo). There you will find your account, language, notifications, location, personalization, your wins, your loyalty cards if you are signed in, your data and information about the app.
Why does the app ask for my location?
To show you what is happening around you, within your search radius. The question comes up on your first visit to the home screen.
Your location is also used to check that you are on site to play a scratch game.
Can I use the app without sharing my location?
Yes. If you decline, the app asks you to choose a city ("Where do you want to go out?") and shows events around it. You can switch back to your location at any time: Settings > "Location" > "Automatic geolocation".
The only exception is the scratch game, which needs your real location to check that you are on site.
How do I change city or search radius?
Tap the city name at the top of the screen, or go to Settings > "Location".
Choose "Automatic geolocation" or "Manual city", then set the search radius, from 1 to 200 km. The city changes right away; for the radius, tap "Save".
How do I change the app language?
Settings > "Language", then choose Français, English or Español: the change is immediate. Until you choose one, the app follows your phone language if it is one of the three, otherwise French.
How do I personalize what the app suggests?
Settings > "Personalization" > "Manage my preferences": tick the categories you like, then the tags offered for those categories, and tap "Save". Your choices are used to suggest events that suit you, especially in the "Events" tab.
It works without an account. If you are signed in, your preferences follow your account from one phone to another.
I can't find a feature described here. Why?
Check that your app is up to date on the App Store or Google Play: some features, such as notifications or alerts for scratch games near you, require a recent version.
Some home screen sections (Spin & GO, Try your luck, Quick actions…) can also vary over time.
Does the app work offline?
You need a connection to load events and the map. Without a network, the home screen shows the last content loaded at the same place (less than 24 hours old) and your favorites stay available.
What you change offline (favorites, preferences) is sent to your account on the next load, for example the next time you open the app.
Finding things to do
How do I search for a specific event?
In the "Events" tab, tap the magnifying glass and type at least 2 letters: suggestions appear, sorted by distance, even for an event far from you. Tap a suggestion to open its page.
If you confirm your search, the list stays limited to your search radius: for an event farther away, use the suggestions.
Which filters can I use?
In the "Events" tab, tap "Filters": period (today, tomorrow, weekend, this week, this month or custom dates), categories, price (free or paid), distance and display (must-sees, ambassadors, events with a scratch game).
Tap "Apply" to run the search, or "Reset" to clear everything. You can also sort by date, distance or popularity.
How do I find free events?
In the "Events" tab, tap "Filters", choose "Free" in the "Price" section, then "Apply".
How do I see what's on tonight or this weekend?
On the app home screen, tap the title of the events carousel to choose the period: today, tomorrow, this weekend, this week or this month. You can also use the "When" filter in the "Events" tab.
On the website, each city page offers "Tonight", "Today", "Tomorrow" and "This weekend" shortcuts.
How do I use the map?
Tap the yellow map button at the bottom right of the home, events or partners screens, or "View on map" on an event page. As you move the map, events in the visible area are listed at the bottom, from nearest to farthest from the center of the map.
The search field finds a city and, depending on the mode shown, an event or an organizer. A button switches between events and venues.
What is on an event page?
The date and times, the description, the line-up, the ticket button if there is one, the scratch game prizes if there is a game, the organizer, the address with a directions button (Google Maps), the distance and similar events.
At the top, you can share the event or add it to your favorites; at the bottom, add it to your calendar.
How do I add an event to my favorites?
Tap the heart on an event card or at the top of its page. To find your favorites, tap "Favorites" in the quick actions on the home screen.
No account needed: your favorites are kept on your phone. If you sign in, they are saved to your account and follow you to another phone. Note: if your account already has favorites, those added on the phone before signing in are not kept.
My favorites have disappeared. Why?
When you are signed in, your account's list is the reference. On your first sign-in, if your account already has favorites, its list is the one shown. When you sign out, the account's favorites leave the phone: you get them back by signing in again.
How do I add an event to my calendar?
In the app, tap "Add to calendar" at the bottom of the event page and allow calendar access: the event is created in your phone calendar with a reminder 1 hour before, and it is added to your favorites. If the time is unknown, it is set at 8 pm: check the event page.
On the website, the "Add to calendar" button opens Google Calendar.
How do I share an event?
Tap "Share" at the top of the event page and choose the app (messages, social networks…): your contact receives the name, date and place of the event.
What is Spin & GO?
A wheel for evenings with no ideas: choose an area, a radius and, if you like, a period and some categories, then spin the wheel. It randomly picks a real event that matches. It is not a game with prizes: the wheel picks an outing for you.
You will find it in the "Spin & GO" section of the home screen, with 3 spins per hour, counted from the first one.
How do I find a bar, a venue or an organizer?
In the "Partners" tab, venues are sorted by category, with ambassadors first. As you type a name, the suggestions find an organizer wherever they are; if you confirm your search, the list stays limited to your radius.
Their page shows their upcoming events, contact details and social networks, and depending on the venue a table booking button or their ticket office.
How do I find an artist or a DJ?
On the home screen, in the "Artists" section, tap "View all": you can search by name and filter by genre. An artist's profile shows their upcoming dates, the venues where they play, their photos and their listening links.
On the website, the "Artists" page does the same.
Can I follow an organizer or an artist?
It isn't possible for now. Add their events to your favorites: you get a reminder before each one if notifications are turned on.
My account
How do I create a BeeHive account?
No password: the same steps create your account and sign you back in.
- Go to Settings > "Sign in / Create my account", or tap the round button in the middle of the bottom bar.
- Choose "Member", then tap "Continue".
- Enter your email address and tap "Get the code".
- Type the 6-digit code received by email, then tap "Confirm".
Why is there no password?
In the app, you sign in with a 6-digit code sent by email: nothing to remember. There is no sign-in with Apple or Google.
Venue and artist accounts have a password for their space on beehiveevents.app, but sign in to the app with a code, like everyone else.
I don't receive the sign-in code
Check the address you typed and look in your spam or junk folder. You can request a new code with "Resend a code", available after 30 seconds. A code is valid for 10 minutes: if it is rejected ("Invalid or expired code."), request a new one.
You can request 3 codes per minute and 20 codes per 24 hours. Beyond that, the app says "Too many requests in a row" or "Too many codes requested today": try again a little later.
How do I get my account back on a new phone?
Install the app and sign in with the same email address: you get back your loyalty card, your scratch game wins, your favorites and your preferred categories and tags.
Language, city, radius and notification settings stay specific to each phone.
How do I change my first name, email or date of birth?
Settings > "My account". To change your email address, type the new one and confirm it with the code sent to it. Your date of birth is used to show events for your birthday on the home screen.
A venue account is changed on beehiveevents.app. An artist account can change its date of birth in the app; everything else is changed on the website.
How do I sign out?
Settings > "Sign out", at the very bottom, or from "My account".
How do I delete my account?
Settings > "My account" > "Delete my account", then confirm. This is permanent: your loyalty cards and stamps are lost, and your favorites, preferences and date of birth are erased.
A venue or artist account is deleted from its settings on beehiveevents.app.
Scratch game
What is the scratch game?
Some organizers attach a game to their event: you scratch a virtual ticket in the app and try to win the prizes they put up.
These events show the "Scratch game available" badge on their card, or "Gift to win" in the "Try your luck" section of the home screen, and their page lists the "Available rewards".
How do I play the scratch game?
The full rules are available from the (i) icon at the top right of the game screen.
- Sign in to your BeeHive account in the app: the game is played with your account.
- Turn on location on your phone and go to the area around the event venue while the game is open.
- Tap the white gift button that appears at the bottom right of the screen, above the map button.
- Tick the box allowing your data to be used for the game, then tap "Start scratching".
- Scratch the card with your finger: the result appears under the scratch layer.
I can't see the gift button. Why?
The button only appears when the app, open and with your location, detects an open game around you that you can still play and that still has prizes to win. Check that location is on and allowed for BeeHive, that you are around the venue and that the game is open at this time. A city chosen by hand is not enough.
If the gift appears crossed out, location is off or refused: tap it, then "Settings" to allow it. The button is not offered to the event team, and it is hidden on some screens, such as your QR code screen or Spin & GO. If you have already played, it comes back when the game allows you to play again.
Can I play from home or from the website?
No. The game is only played in the app, around the event venue. The "Try my luck" button in the app and "See the gifts" on the website take you to the event page, which shows the prizes, but to scratch you need to be on site, with the app and location turned on.
Do I need an account to play?
Yes. Your wins are linked to your account, which must have a verified email address: signing in with a code in the app is enough. If you are not signed in, the app offers "Sign in" when you play.
When is the game open?
The times are set by the organizer. By default, the game opens 1 hour after the event starts and closes when it ends. The organizer can change this delay and choose another end time, sometimes after the end of the event.
Some organizers open the game several days before: it then stays open continuously and closes when the event starts, unless they offer a second chance on site or chose another end time. Without early opening, an event over several days only has its game open on opening days.
How many times can I play?
One entry per account and per event, whatever the phone. On some games, players who lost can try again on the following days, and those who scratched before the event get a second chance once on site.
When you can play again, the app tells you from when.
"You're too far from the event": what should I do?
Get closer to the event venue. An attempt refused because you are too far does not count as an entry: you can try again once on site.
I left the app while scratching: does my game count?
Yes. Your entry is recorded as soon as you tap "Start scratching": the result is drawn at that moment, and scratching only reveals it. If you won, the confirmation email is still sent and the prize appears in "My wins".
I won: how do I collect my prize?
You receive a confirmation email at your account address. The prize can only be collected on site, from the organizer, during the event: show your BeeHive QR code (round button in the middle of the bottom bar), the organizer scans it and hands you your prize.
Even if you won several days before, a prize is collected during the event. If you have a venue account or staff access, the round button opens the scanner: your QR is under "My card".
Where can I find my wins?
Settings > "My wins". Each prize is listed with its status and deadline. Your wins are linked to your account: you find them on any phone by signing in.
I missed the collection deadline: is my prize lost?
The prize is collected during the event. After that, the organizer is free to give it to you, but no longer has to: contact them directly.
There are no prizes left to win: what happens?
When all of a game's prizes have been won, the gift button no longer appears: you don't use up your entry on a game with no prizes. Before the day of the event, it also disappears if the only prizes left are kept for the day itself, and comes back when the event starts.
If the last prize goes just before your game, it counts as lost. The message "No rewards available right now" appears when the organizer has removed all the prizes from their game.
What are my chances of winning?
They depend on the organizer's settings, and prizes are limited in number. The draw happens when you start scratching: scratching fast or slowly changes nothing.
I work for the organizer: why can't I play?
An event's team (the venue owner and staff who have scanning access) cannot play their own game. Artists on the bill can play.
A problem with a prize?
Contact the event organizer: they are the ones who offer and hand over the prizes. If you can't reach them, write to us.

Loyalty card
How does the BeeHive loyalty card work?
One QR code for all your cards at participating venues. On each visit, the venue scans your QR and adds a stamp. When your card is full, you unlock the reward they chose.
How do I get my card?
Create your BeeHive account in the app (a code by email is enough), then tap the round button in the middle of the bottom bar: it shows your QR code, the same for every venue. Your card at a venue is created automatically on the first scan.
If you have a venue account or staff access, this button opens the scanner: your own card is under "My card".
Where does my card work?
At venues whose page, in the app, shows the "LOYALTY CARD" marker. The card is being rolled out: it is not available everywhere yet.
How do I get a stamp?
Tap the round button in the middle of the bottom bar and show your QR code to the venue: they scan it with their BeeHive app and you see the stamp being added live.
If the app says "You've already got your stamp — come back a bit later", the venue has set a minimum delay between two stamps.
Where can I see my cards and stamps?
Settings > "My programs": each card shows your progress (for example 4/10) and the reward to unlock.
My card is full: how do I get the reward?
The app shows "Reward unlocked". Show your QR to the venue: they scan it and give you your reward. It is fixed when you unlock it, even if the venue changes its program afterwards.
If the program renews, a new card starts, and you can keep collecting stamps even while a reward is waiting for you.
Do my stamps expire?
No, there is no expiry date. They are only lost if you delete your account.
If the venue replaces its program with a new one, your progress starts again from zero on the new one; a reward already unlocked is still owed to you.
A venue no longer adds stamps. Why?
There are several possible reasons: its loyalty card is paused, its program is deactivated, or your card is finished on a program that does not renew. You keep your stamps, and a reward already earned is still owed to you.
What does the venue see when it scans my card?
When scanning: your first name and your progress in its program. In its "My loyal customers" list, the venue and its staff also see your email address, the dates of your latest visits, how often you come and since when you have been a customer.
Never your activity at other venues.
Is this QR also used for the scratch game?
Yes. The same QR is used to collect your scratch game prizes: the organizer scans it during the event.
Notifications
How do I turn on notifications?
The app may also offer it at the right moment: on your first favorite, after your first stamp or after playing a scratch game.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right to open Settings.
- Tap "Notifications".
- Turn on the "Notifications" switch and accept your phone's request.
- Then choose the notifications you want to receive.
Which notifications does BeeHive send?
"Loyalty card": for each stamp, and a reminder when your reward is waiting. "Scratch game: my prizes": shortly before the collection deadline of a prize, and on the day of the event if you won it in advance. "Scratch games near me": when a game opens near you. "Reminders for my favorites": before the events you saved as favorites.
Venues and artists can also be notified when one of their events is approved and goes live ("My published events").
How do favorite reminders work?
For each favorite event, you get a reminder the day before at 6 pm, and another one on the day at 10 am if the event takes place in the afternoon or evening, or if its time is unknown. They work without an account: your phone schedules them, up to 60 reminders.
How do I get notified about scratch games near me?
In Settings > "Notifications", turn on the main switch, then "Scratch games near me": this option does not turn on by itself. The app sends your approximate area when it is open: open it now and then to keep your area up to date.
The same game is not announced to you more than once every 6 days. If you are signed in, you are not notified about a game you have already played, unless it lets you play again.
Do I need an account to receive notifications?
For favorite reminders and scratch games near you, no.
For the loyalty card, your prizes and your published events, yes: you need to be signed in to your account on this phone.
I don't receive any notifications
In Settings > "Notifications", check that the main switch and the one for the type you want are on. If the app says "Notifications blocked", tap "Open settings" and allow BeeHive in your phone settings.
Also check that the app is up to date and, for the loyalty card and prizes, that you are signed in to the right account. The message "Notifications aren't available on this device." means your phone cannot receive them.
How do I turn off notifications?
In Settings > "Notifications", turn off the main switch or only the types you no longer want. You can also turn them off in your phone settings.
Proposing an event
Who can propose an event?
Anyone, without an account: in the app with the "Propose" tab, or on the website with "Propose an event". An email address is required so we can contact you about your proposal.
Propose an eventHow does the form work?
On the website, the form is kept on your device until you send it: you can come back to it later.
- The organizer: choose them from the BeeHive list, or give their name and Instagram account if they aren't listed (a box lets you say they don't have one), along with your email address.
- When and where: the name, the date (a single date, a period or every week), the times if you know them and the address picked from the suggestions.
- Details: a category and a description, then tags, price and ticket link if you have them.
- Image and sending: add an image if you like (10 MB max, no SVG), confirm you are allowed to propose the event, then send.
What happens after I send it?
Your proposal is checked before it appears on BeeHive. You receive an email at the address you gave as soon as it is published.
If it is not accepted (duplicate, incomplete information…), it does not appear, and we explain why by email when it is useful.
I'm the organizer: should I use this form?
You can, but a venue or artist account is more practical: you publish your events from your space, you can have them picked up automatically from your Instagram and you follow your statistics.
List my venueHow do I correct an event I proposed?
A proposal cannot be edited once sent. If only the image failed, you can send it again right after sending. Once the event is published, use "Report an error" on its page, or write to us mentioning the event.

The beehiveevents.app website
Do I need an account to use the website?
No: the website is free to browse. The only website accounts are venue and artist accounts. Favorites, the loyalty card and the scratch game are in the app.
How does the website choose the area shown?
On your first visit, your browser asks whether the website can use your location. You can also choose a city or an address and a radius with "Choose my location": this choice is kept in your browser for your next visits.
The location or city is sent to our servers to load nearby events, and recorded for usage statistics, deleted after 6 months. Details are in the privacy policy.
Privacy policyHow do I see a city's events?
City and region pages (Paris, Bordeaux, Basque Country…) list events day by day, with "Tonight", "Today", "Tomorrow" and "This weekend" shortcuts. You will find them at the bottom of the website pages, under "Popular places".
Events in ParisHow do I search on the website?
On the "Events" and "Organizers" pages, type at least 2 letters: the suggestions show results wherever they are, nearest first.
On the map, the search filters what is shown in the visible area, and also suggests cities.
Can I use the scratch game or the loyalty card on the website?
No, they only work in the app. The website shows a game's prizes ("See the gifts") and the venues that accept the card, but to play or collect stamps, you need the app.
Download the app
Venues
How do I list my venue on BeeHive?
Signing up is free, with no commitment.
- Create your venue account on beehiveevents.app: venue name, email, password and address.
- Activate your space with the link received by email.
- Connect your professional Instagram account so your events are picked up automatically, or enter them by hand.
What are the plans, and how do I change?
Essential is free, with no credit card. Connected adds, among other things, the loyalty card, advanced scratch game settings, more frequent Instagram detection and detailed statistics. Ambassador opens after a conversation with us.
You can change plan whenever you like in "Subscription": a change applies right away, prorated, and a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
See pricingHow does Instagram detection work?
You link your professional Instagram account (creator or business) from your space. BeeHive reads your posts and stories to spot your events and offers, and credits in the line-up the artists registered on BeeHive whom you mention with their @ in the caption. Each event spotted is checked before it is published, and how often detection runs depends on your plan.
Access is read-only: BeeHive never posts anything for you and has no access to your private messages or your password. You can disconnect at any time.
I don't have a professional Instagram account: what can I do?
No problem: create your events by hand in "My events", or send them from your website with the WordPress plugin or the BeeHive API.
Can I publish my events from my website?
Yes. With the WordPress plugin, events published on your website go to BeeHive automatically. The API lets you sync your events from any tool. Each new event is checked before it is published.
The WordPress pluginMy event doesn't appear. Why?
An event spotted on Instagram, sent by the plugin or the API, or proposed by someone else, is checked before it is published: it appears once approved. In the app, the "My published events" notification tells you as soon as it is live.
In "My events", its status also shows whether it was rejected, flagged as a duplicate or hidden. With the Essential plan, the number of published events is capped: also check its date and address.
See pricingHow do I add a scratch game to my event?
First create your prizes in "Rewards", then attach a game to your event in "Scratch game", with its prizes and their stock. Participants scratch in the app, around your venue. During the event, you hand over the prizes by scanning their QR code with the BeeHive app.
Game times are set with the Connected plan: opening a few days before, prizes kept for the day of the event, second chance on site. On Essential, the game follows the standard times. The number of rewards also depends on your plan.
How do I launch my loyalty card?
The loyalty card is included from the Connected plan. In "Loyalty", set up your program (number of stamps and reward), then scan your customers' QR with the BeeHive app on each visit. The "Loyal customers" tab tracks their progress.
If you go back to Essential, your card is paused: no new stamps, but your customers keep theirs and rewards already earned are still owed.
Can my staff scan cards?
Yes: in "Loyalty" > "Staff", add their email address. The access is activated right away if the address already has a BeeHive account, otherwise the first time they sign in to the app with that address.
They get the scanner and your loyal customers, nothing else: not your events, offers or subscription. They can remove their own access from the email they receive.
How do I use the app with my venue account?
Sign in with the email address of your space, using a code. The round button in the middle of the bar then opens the scanner, which works even offline: stamps are sent when the connection comes back. Settings > "My loyal customers" lists your customers.
Your venue page and events are managed on beehiveevents.app.
I forgot the password for my space
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your address: you receive a reset link, valid for 15 minutes.
Where can I see my statistics?
In the "Dashboard" of your space. Totals (views, actions, trend) are visible on every plan; the details (views, calls, directions, favorites) are reserved for higher plans.
My venue appears on BeeHive but I didn't sign up
Write to us to take it over or have it removed. If you received an email from us, it also contains a link to remove your page.
Contact usHow do I delete my venue account?
In your space: "Settings" > "Account" tab > "Delete my account", then type the word SUPPRIMER to confirm. This cannot be undone, and any subscription is cancelled immediately, with no refund for the current period.
The same tab lets you export your data first.
Artists and DJs
How do I create my artist profile?
- Create your artist account on beehiveevents.app: artist name, email, password and, if you like, your area of activity.
- Activate your account with the link received by email.
- Complete your profile: your photo, your style, your listening links, then connect your Instagram.
How do my dates appear?
Connect your professional Instagram account: your dates are spotted in your posts and, after a check, created at the venue where you play if it is registered on BeeHive and recognized. Registered venues that mention you in their posts also credit you in their line-up.
You can also add a date by hand with "Add a date": it is checked before it is published, and you receive an email as soon as it is approved.
I'm not (or no longer) in an event's line-up
Signed in to your artist account, open the event page, in the app or on the website: tap "Request to be added" if you play there, or "Leave the line-up" if you don't.
What does my artist page show?
Your bio, your upcoming dates, the venues where you play (including your residencies), your photos, your listening links (SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube, Deezer, Mixcloud, Bandcamp, Apple Music, Beatport) and your past dates. You edit it in the "Settings" of your artist space.
What does an artist see in the app?
Sign in with your artist account address: you have your own loyalty card, the "My gigs" screen in the settings, and you can play scratch games like everyone else. Your profile is edited on beehiveevents.app.
How do I delete my artist account?
In your artist space: "Settings" > "Delete my account". Your profile is anonymized, your photos and listening links are erased, the Instagram connection is revoked and you are removed from line-ups.
Data and privacy
What data does BeeHive use?
Depending on what you use: your location (if you allow it) or the city you chose, for nearby events and usage statistics; the first name, email address and date of birth of your account; your favorites and preferences; the history of your visits with the loyalty card; your scratch game entries (email address, device, IP address); and, if you turn them on, what is needed to send you notifications.
Details, retention periods and your rights are in our privacy policy.
Privacy policyIs my location stored?
In the app as on the website, your location (or the city you chose) is used to show nearby events. It is also recorded on our servers for usage statistics (the areas where BeeHive is used), with a pseudonymised fingerprint of your device or IP address, and deleted after 6 months.
If you turn on "Scratch games near me", an approximate area (rounded to about 1 km) is also sent when the app is open, and erased within 30 days at most. For maps and place search, Mapbox receives the city you type and, on the website, your location.
Privacy policyWhat does "Delete all my data" do?
This button (Settings > "Data and privacy") erases what the app keeps on your phone: preferences, favorites, city and radius, language, Spin & GO counter. It also turns off notifications.
It does not delete your account: if you are signed in, you stay signed in, and what is saved to your account comes back. To delete your account, go to "My account" > "Delete my account".
How do I exercise my rights over my data?
You can delete your account yourself, right away: in the app for a member account, in your settings on beehiveevents.app for a venue or artist account. For any other right (access, rectification, portability…), write to the address given in our privacy policy.
Privacy policyHow do I contact BeeHive?
With the contact form on the website, or by email at contact@beehiveevents.app: we reply within 2 business days. In the app, the address is also in Settings > "About".
