Aureka

Aukera, in Jatxou, is a permaculture restaurant offering unique culinary experiences centered around produce from its farm, vegetable garden, and forest. Every Sunday, a themed meal inspired by various universes (cinema, literature, music, etc.) is served to 18 guests, preceded by a tour of the estate. Private bookings available upon request.

The dishes are prepared using the highest ecological standards, with self-sufficiency in water and electricity, and without chemical products.
